Kirsten's paternal grandmother passed away on Sunday evening. It is serendipitous that Alannah was born just 3 days earlier. A bit like spirits passing in the night.
What a sweat little pea. I wish I could reach through the screen and give her a cuddle and touch her little fingers.
(The first time Vince was diagnosed with cancer, my Grandma died. The second time he was diagnosed, my Nana died. There's a strange, sad beauty in it, isn't there?)

Ooh, such a sweet little baby!
Thanks for visiting my blog and commenting. Yes, I have a garden and my blog is mostly about the flowers in it.

Yes, a symmetry based on a thread of silk.
Congratulations!! She looks gorgeous.
Funny how the deaths / birth thing happens. When I was born my mother lost her grandmother just a couple of days earlier.
Beautiful gorgeous girl, Aren't grand babies just wonderful?
What a delight to see Alannah at home.
