Short rations coming up

After a wonderful week of togetherness with my daughter and her daughter, I will be on short rations this week coming. Kirsten has been offered a wonderful short project debriefing a water expert. This is in addition to going to Melbourne for four days to accompany her husband to a conference. However, this week just gone, I spent three days with them. Indeed, on Thursday we had our first 'Grandmother's Day' at Centennial Park.

I'm jealous.
Some of my favourite days ever, were outings with my sister and one of her babies and my Mum.
It's just so wonderful to be together.

Yes, family is wonderful. And it does not really matter how extended it is.

Look at those lovely little feet. You are going to get even greater withdrawals going to France.

How long til you go to France?
Are you still riding a bicycle?
Or better yet - a tricycle?
Would be better for balance, no?

Not sure what I am doing at this stage. Would like to try a bicycle but will see how it pans out. The walking stick is coming firmly into play so ...

She is so cute. We have withdrawal symptoms all the time. Little Fox appeared in last week's New Idea...he is so photogenic but then he has two beautiful parents. Do I sound like I'm biased and a brag artist?
